It takes into account the whole person and helps activate each patient’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being. Foot Reflexology Massage is an ancient Chinese therapy that uses acupressure point massage to stimulate specific areas on the feet to restore the flow of energy throughout the body. The underlying theory behind reflexology is that there are "reflex" areas on the feet that correspond to specific organs, glands, and other parts of the body. In Kelly Spa, we begin with a wonderful foot soak in hot water with Chinese herbs or Epsom salts. As you relax, we do a quick head, shoulders, arms and hands massage. We then treat your feet, heels and toes and finish with a soothing massage of your lower legs.
